Terrible experience from the curly haired young man. He was passive aggressive during the entire encounter for no appare.t reason. He was rude to me multiple times and purposely dragged the encounter out and making every step onerous. He was rude when directing me to where the envelope I would need was, by opening his arms and shaking his hands when I told him I needed an envelope. I have never stepped foot in this place before and don't know their set up. Every time there was a pause in the process he would disappear in the back prolonging the visit. He lied when I asked about the tracking number saying it was on the receipt which it wasn't. I noticed it and returned to ask him to show me where the tracking number was. I waited to the side with the receipt while he finished with the customer he was with. He ignored me when the next customer looked at me he loudly said "No, you were here first" which we all knew was wrong and extremely rudely waved his hand at me dismissvely. I said "Whoah, You were just helping me" he said "You want a tracking number now right? Which shows me he was aware of his mistake. I answered yes. He said "Yours is going to take time you need to wait" then helped the other customer. Instead of helping me next he helped another customer before me as well like some form of petty punishment. I was there approximately 20 minutes by this point. His little tirade gave the other customers a negative impression. He was extremely passive aggressive while processing the shipment to the point where I said "Come on brother" and eventualky told him to give me my documents back which he ignored, but stopped the passive aggressive behavior. After completing the transaction, I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude, passive aggression, and the way he spoke to me. To his credit he apologized and said I was right which I told him I also appreciated, but I doubt there was any sincerity behind it. I will he tracking the number to make sure there isn't a delay. No one should have to deal with such drama while attempting to do a transaction. That was alot. It was frustrating and disappointing. He is young to have that jaded, sour, civil service attitude some people have. I retired from Fed Gov, I understand the type. If I hadn't called out his behavior he would have been completely content with his actions and maintained his stance. The only eye contact or acknowledgement was while he was being rude, while I talked it was heads down. I will be contacting the PostMaster and elevate as necessary. This is why I like many others are saying to avoid this unloved station where good service appears to be the exception not the rule.

Walked in, rang bell, waited 3 minutes, rang bell again, no acknowledgement or anything, left.

Dropped off three packages today. Guy who took care of me was baldish and seemed miserable. He scanned everything and instead of handing me the receipt when I had my hand out, he tossed it on the counter and just turned away. Not a goodbye or anything.
