- JTJignesh ThummarAug 12, 20251.0I ran into the same older lady with blonde hair people often complain about here. She had an unnecessary attitude because I showed up without taping the label. I thought USPS handled that, like UPS and FedEx do. After being rude, she did politely ask if I was okay. I was the only customer there, so it’s not like she was busy. Lastly, on the payment terminal, she gave herself a green smiley, claiming she did a good job, without giving me the chance to exercise my rights. I also filed an official complaint, but it was closed without any meaningful action.

Well, when I arrived there, I stood in a line of only 2 people, and noticed the clerk was very friendly and outgoing. When it was finally my turn, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. I introduced myself, and she stated her name is: Katt Lead Clerk. She did a great job and great customer service skills. Stop putting negative comments on places it ruins people's expectations. Let's be kind!

Also, I’ve noticed others in the area rating their delivery and I’ve just got to mention that I’ve never had a better mail carrier in my life and I ship and receive ALOT of stuff and lived a bunch of places.
