- FHFarah HayesOct 3, 20233.0This review is for their customer service - Dave and Darcy - I happen to use this location to send packages to my deployed brother, it's a out of the country kind of deal so it takes a few minutes longer to handle. Dave and I believe her name is Darcy are the sweetest most helpful people I encountered throughout the years of sending packages … On the other hand there's Lori! that holds up the lines because she serves 1 customer per hour (I swear that's her target rate) she should have been retired because she's not helping anyways. I always have hard time getting anything done with her! Dave and Darcy jump in and save my day and that happened a few times already. She can't answer a question to save her own life, lost in her own mind! she needs to retire and leave this position for someone else that needs the job and might do better than her helping people. Next time I go in there and she's the only available casher again… you bet either I'll ask for some else to help me or just simply leave not worth wasting my time watching her doing nothing.

Our mail carrier is rude and disrespectful she(Claire) refuses to deliver our mail if there is a car even near my mailbox her reason is that it’s to dangerous for her to get out of truck to put mail in mailbox. But it’s not dangerous for her to get out of truck to deliver across the street! (Keep in mind that Claire DOES NOT have to pull out in traffic to continue delivering mail) Claire left a note saying that she would not deliver our mail if our mailbox was blocked, please note that I am considered Elderly and get my medicine via USPS. Also our animals oftentimes get their medication via USPS! In conclusion, It appears that our mail carriers in North Kingstown are rude, lazy and disrespectful towards anyone that appears somewhat different!!!
