They’ve had my loyalty ever since! Turnaround times are impressively quick, the quality is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. What really sets this location apart is their attention to detail. I’ve had prints done at similar type stores in the area, where I later discovered smudges or sloppy, haphazard cutting once I was already home and halfway through mailing them out. At this Staples, I once picked up an order and the associate included several extra invitations in a separate envelope because they were slightly misaligned and he didn’t feel right including them in my final order, but still wanted to give me the option to use them if I wanted. That level of care in customer service seems so rare these days, and exactly why I will continue to choose them for all my printing jobs.
