Then I discovered I didn’t know what number the ink was that I needed. I asked a staff member who tried to help me but I couldn’t give her an answer to the questions she asked me. So dead end. Turned out I was recycling cartridges and she determined the number was on the old cartridge. WOW. Saved me from having to go home and come back again.
