I am not one to write negative reviews of any business or establishment but the customer service at this USPS is horrible. I have never experienced anything like it. The employee is miserable, rude, and extremely unprofessional. If you don’t like people you should not have a customer facing job.

I paid for a package to be delivered on Valentines to my daughter. I paid for two day delivery on the 12th. It never showed up on the 14th. On Saturday the 15th a mail person pounded on my daughter's door demanding $13.60 for a package that was already paid. They stated there was no postage. I watched the Stoneham, MA post office place the large sticker postage on the package. I will assume that if it made it to Narragansett post office then the postage was on there which would mean that it was paid. My daughter had to go to the post office with the copy of the receipt to get her money back. What was supposed to be a surprise Valentines Day surprise ended up being a nuisance.
