- ARAngela RaymondJul 5, 20191.0Terrible service. Claiming they could not get to the mailbox (street side) or front door (with no obstruction) and could not deliver small packages. Meanwhile, the same letter that had been in the mailbox for three days still waiting to be picked up. Earlier in the week I had another package thrown over the stone fence and onto the front yard. This is not the first time they were “unable” or let’s just go with unwilling to deliver packages. It’s not the customers fault that the US Postal Office has an agreement with Amazon. I also ordered a certificate that clearly stated DO NOT BEND on both sides just stuffed in the mailbox. After paying another $35 fee, I just picked it up from the school.
