I have been trying to call the post office for 2 days now and they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!! 😡😡 I am here with a broken wrist- my arm is in a cast otherwise I would drive there! I am looking for a piece of mail I only received half. They just let the phone ring and ring!! 😡😡I normally would give them a good grade but now forget it! It’s a very small post office no reason for them not to answer the phone.

So after an awful experience at the Providence post office, I posted my mail at the office in Lincoln. And not only Jay was the perfect clerk, they were $40 cheaper!!! For the same service. This location will be getting my business from now on. Thanks JAY!

I have been in civil rights activism for two years now. The sad part, this is THE FIRST post office that truly impressed me. You have a front desk employee named Adam who was the most friendly post office worker I have ever seen! VERY PROFESSIONAL! Adam needs a raise! You guys better keep him! He is the future of the USPS! Believe me when I say you guys are the best postal center I've seen in an audit on YouTube in two years. You guys think all we want is a reaction. NO, we want NO REACTION! Simply to be treated with respect for doing a First amendment protected activity and most importantly, left alone to film what we can see from a public area. Young Adam did AWESOME! We need more government employees like Adam! The world would be a better place!
Thank you Lincoln Postal Center! I'm just sad I can't leave MORE than 5 stars!!!!!
