  I had a one-on-one meeting with Jeshua and it was beyond helpful. As a nonprofit social enterprise in Alabama, we are learning a lot as we go and have few peers in our direct space that can guide us. Jeshua was supportive of the work we were doing while also providing tangible feedback as to how we can grow and why we should. I have rarely been in meetings where I immediately get to work implementing the feedback. This was different. Not only was the call actionable, but it was so motivating to get it done. I would definitely recommend Jeshua and his team!

The team takes a methodical approach to projects, asking detailed questions before presenting a solution.   I had a five star experience with Xzito. Jeshua has 11 years experience and it shows. He did his research and was very well prepared for the meeting. He had all the answers to the questions I asked and gave me new insights I hadn't even thought of. He told me I was not ready and refused to take my contract until I took the necessary steps required. He provided me with an action plan in the form of templates and tools that I could use to implement my plan immediately. Thank you Jeshua I am very grateful for your advice, your honesty and your guidance. I will see you next quarter and this time I'll be ready. Take care and stay blessed.
