- JLJim LairdJul 19, 20251.0I give ONE STAR because that's the lowest rating I'm allowed to give. Service is horrific on their best day. They consistantly deliver someone elses mail to my mailbox. The misdelivered mail is clearly marked with the correct address where it should have been delivered. I wonder where the package ADDRESSED TO MY ADDRESS that shows "delivered" in my USPS account was delivered! I can tell you it WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY MAILBOX (7/19/2025). I wonder if the recipient of my package (and who knows how many other mailpieces addressed to me) brings the misdelivery to the attention of the Postmaster. I can't understand how it is possible, but the service inside the Post Office location is even worse. US Government incompetance at it best.
- TAT AnnApr 7, 20221.0Walked in to mail something and the woman (S.A.) Working there that day had QUITE the attitude with me when I asked a simple question. When my response to her clearly showed that she was giving me an attitude she continued to give me an attitude throughout the whole transaction. Having an off day is one thing but when you can't stop and apologize for your actions and how you're interacting with a customer then I'm sorry, you don't belong working with customers. Let's keep our little town peaceful and pleasant
