- EMEllen MckennaDec 11, 20233.0I’ve been waiting for my pills for a week, checking every day. The script is to help me sleep so I’ve had barely any sleep for a week, so today I took a nap. Apparently the mail person came when I was sleeping so he took the script with him. I called the company and they said you can pick it up at the post office right now, so I threw on a coat and ran to the post office. The post office told me it’s still on the truck and he won’t be back till later so I had to sign a paper allowing then to leave it in my box. So now I have to wait again till tomorrow which is totally unacceptable. In the future if there are meds that need a signature, why can’t they call ahead and give me a heads up so I know to expect them instead of just taking them back. I’m so upset. Everyone in the post office are awesome but this is so wrong. So now I have to go another night with no sleep for no good reason. Also, I can barely stand, no place to sit while they socialize and I’m waiting in line. Very bad experience
