  Barbara was particularly helpful in assisting with securing a tricky item that wouldn't fit neatly into the box. She was patient and took matters into her own hands. With the assistance of her colleague Kevin, they got it to fit!! Really appreciated the kindness and customer service. You rarely get that these days.

  Amazing 10 star service cleanliness timely manner. Staff is amazing Arayla,April,Sue,Wayne, and Jim are amazing any one of them you deal with is amazing. Always smiling talking with you explaining stuff. Willing to help out with anything if your dropping boxes off give you a helpful hand or picking boxes up same thing. This group of people by far the most amazing I have ever came across

  They're really friendly and helpful there. It's very chill, and they are very accommodating. I never like returning stuff, but I always choose that UPS Store. Not only is it convenient to where I live, but everyone is just very nice there. It seems like a really good environment in general, and it's reflected in their customer service.
