- NSNate SilvaJan 23, 20261.0Awful. Nightmare experience. I sell sportscards. I handed the USPS employee at the front desk an ebay standard envelope. The employee takes it and completely bends the envelope with force. "See, we cannot accept this because there is cardboard inside the envelope. " I explained I've sold over 200 cards in these exact types of envelops and employee continued with the "I'm right, you're absolutely wrong." I took my newly damaged card that I will send to an important customer. Tried a different USPS location and had zero problem, awaiting customers response and expecting an angry customer, probably will submit him a refund as well. This particular staff member was very rude, "know it all" mindset and damaged important items ($15+ worth). AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN. Staff clearly not trained or empathetic enough for basic operations or average customer service conversations. Visit: 1/23/26 4:40 pm

This is the best office in Rhode Island but for some reason the people of Garden City treat these employees like crap. How about we all learn how to wait our turn, speak positively and bring the proper materials needed to do our transactions🩷
