This is the best office in Rhode Island but for some reason the people of Garden City treat these employees like crap. How about we all learn how to wait our turn, speak positively and bring the proper materials needed to do our transactions🩷

Por favor pido y sugiero que supervisen a esta señora se hace llamar jefa del lugar pero esta burlando su papel y faltado el resto al lugar. - IIIvettOct 18, 20251.0I can't believe the kind of customer service they hire here. Be careful with this woman named Jackie, who refused to show her face after mistreating us. We had an appointment for a passport, she didn't clearly explain what we needed to bring; she just yelled at us and snatched and threw away the paper forms we had. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't work there. Customer service is supposed to help people, not belittle them as if they weren't paid for their work.
