  My local UPS store is very convenient for a wide variety of services: Amazon returns, package mailing, shredding old documents, laminating, and special copying. The service is quick and the team members always helpful and courteous.

  Needed help shipping a return, went into this location and little frazzled and the young lady that was there helped me very quickly and got everything situated in just a couple minutes. I appreciate the help and the friendly attitude the while time. I left in a much better state of mind than when I went in lol. Thank you for the help I just wish I had gotten your name :)

  I paid $173 to overnight delivery of a package.... I furnished an address that I verified with "maps". I also furnished a contact tel# to the person receiving the package if there were any issues. I also advised them the street name was changed a year ago. I also told them to leave the package at their security gate. There are cameras all around the property and that they would see when it was delivered. It took a week for the package to be delivered. I attempted to call this store directly several times during the week and I also called the main UPS service department but they told me I had to go directly to the shipping store for assistance. I called this UPS store four days after it was not received and they advised me they would submit a "GSR" for a refund for me. I never heard from them... a few weeks later I called and was told they never submitted a request for a refund and that I was not entitled to a refund of any kind. I asked for the owner of the store to please call me back. He called me back later that day and told me I gave them the incorrect address which is not true. They sent it to the old address....and told me I was incorrect. Which is not true.... the owner didn't even offer me a partial refund for the difference in what it would have cost for an overnight delivery verses taking a week to deliver. I told him I never hesitated to use his store in the past for shopping.... but that I will no longer do business with him.
