Yesterday, I was told that the charge would be over $4 for a label and over $2 for a shipping bag. Staples only charges .32 to print a label. I wrapped the box in an old paper bag and taped it. I won't bother with this UPS location anymore.

This was my 2nd store I visited. Finally mailed. Thanks to Bob. The other woman in the store was no and that was it. She was annoyed. I had to keep encouraging her to ask Bob. The lead manager there is top-notch; friendly, helpful, and honest, if not straight to the point. The place is always clean, which is a plus. I usually don't have to wait very long unless there are a lot of people in there all at once. But be patient! It takes a minute or two to make sure you're getting the right service you need. And they have a self-service station for Amazon returns.

I had returns to Amazon and needed return stickers printed from me phone. I am not good at doing much from my phone.(technology is not my strong point) I also needed e mails printed from my phone. He did most of the work. He was so helpful and made my visit less stressful. I would give him an A++. Hope he is there for many more years. Thank you again Bob!
