- MCMargo CDec 21, 20251.0I always use this store, and generally everyone is helpful and polite.The other day, I had issues forwarding an email to UPS, and the woman rudely refused to help me.Heavy set white woman,possibly glasses and dark blonde hair.I mentioned that someone had helped me in the past, her reply was, " well, you have me today!" I grabbed my package and left the store. Some people really don't belong in customer service!!!

The Manager ( Bob ? ) is so very helpful, patient , and is extremely personable & takes the time to clearly explain the wide array of services that the UPS on Atwood Avenue in Cranston has to offer.
