  This review is for the old short lady who works on Saturdays at this specific location. To the owner: please teach your staff to have a little empathy. I was there to drop off 6 boxes about 30 - 40 lbs each. I backed into the parking space closest to the door, put the door stopper, and unloaded the boxes closest to the counter. It literally took me less than 5 min. I was going to go and park at the right spot once I am done. And she started lecturing me on how i am supposed to parelel park into the spot, I said, I was just going to unload the car and park in the right spot and get to the counter. And she said well our delivery driver needs the spot if they came they will hit your car. Really? in the 5 min no UPS driver with truck showed up. I said Sorry and then she stopped talking.. so she wanted me to apologize in front of the 5 people in the store because well that made her day while she was haha hehe with a white old man, she wanted to hear sorry from a person of color. racist! Again, if you are the owner pls train your employees. A little empathy goes long way.

  I recently contacted a UPS store in Bristol, Rhode Island, and had the pleasure of working with the owner, Carmen, regarding a unique request. I had purchased a large vintage vending machine on eBay that was listed for local pickup, and being located in Michigan, I needed assistance coordinating the logistics. From the outset, Carmen was transparent and professional. She explained that she would need to assess whether she could accommodate the request and promptly followed up with me, as promised. Throughout the entire process, she maintained clear communication and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Carmen assured me that the item would be carefully packed to prevent any damage during transit, and she absolutely delivered on that promise. When the vending machine arrived, it was expertly packaged and in excellent condition. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Carmen’s professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail truly set her apart. It would be wonderful to see more individuals in business conduct themselves with the same level of integrity and care.

  Quick in and out. But small parking lot for the amt of people there. Had a tough time getting out of the spot i was in
