Today I witnessed not only his kinds and patience for his community but his efficiency and dedication he brings to his job. I never imagined a passport appointment to be such a homey and humble experience. You can tell I’m not alone as many folx can through saying hello to Tommy. I might start mailing things just to experience this more often.

Every time I called the USPS in Bristol I was told they would contact the deliverer. “Well the deliverer says he put it in your mailbox or the stairway (?! Why when I have a mailbox!!!!) - I’ll send someone out to look around”. (Btw- my mailbox is a locked box that only I and the post office have a copy to). Thanks, but that’s a waste of time since it’s not in my mailbox where it belongs and why would it be in a stairway?! Amazon and eBay didn’t have an option for insurance on the packages and never having an issue before I didn’t think twice. But when the tracking says delivered - EVEN WHEN IT IS NOT- there’s not a thing you can do. This coming Thursday and Friday are services for my younger cousin who unexpectedly passed away last week. I went on Amazon and bought Oakland Raiders earrings to wear to his services. Tracking says delivered- no package in my mailbox- other mail is there though. This is it- I will NEVER have anything delivered to my address again using USPS. Wonder who’s enjoying the things I paid for....
