Went there to buy some postages. The guy seem very bummed about the process. He later went to the back and another lady came and helped me out. I could hear him cuss multiple times in the back. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I mailed a necklace here on May 24th, and USPS lost the item. I think the item was not mailed to me at all, and they sent some wrong addresses to cover it up. This item is not expensive to me, it doesn’t matter, but it shows the heart of your staff. The last time I mailed this item was here, but the tracking number could not be found at all! You really make me speechless.

rude and they "lose" packages on a regular basis. you have to badger them over and over in order to get a straight answer, and lord help you if you actually have intentions of resolving whatever issue you've encountered. try not to deal with phone calls, because they WILL ignore your case. ask questions in person whenever possible. good luck

I have been having issues with my mail not being delivered, spoke to the manager a couple of weeks ago and he assured me that there would be no more issues and today I once again found out that my package was sent back and not delivered to my apartment for no good reason!?! This is unacceptable that my packages are consistently not being delivered and there is clearly no action being taken in order to correct the issue. My mail carrier is unprofessional and rude and there needs to be some kind of disciplinary action taken. The fact that he continues to not deliver half of my mail is unacceptable.
