  So I went into videotron to take advantage of the 2 year warranty screen protector service. What I was told at time of purchase is that I need to purchase this service to waive some sort of start up fee with my new phone. And that I only required to take a picture of the receipt and save it to my phone for proof. When I go in to the store for a replacement, they deny my replacement and said that I should have left my broken glass screen protector on my phone and risk my fingers being cut. Because they need to take it off themselves. Do not listen to their fake promises.

  Very, very long wait! I’m just here to return a modem that will take less than 2 minutes. There are 3 staff, each sitting down at desk with clients having long conversations about plans and pricing. Not sure why I should have to wait so long, just to hand over a modem. Very frustrating. Maybe they should have people make appointments online for returns, sounds kind of ridiculous.
