L'employé n'avait pas les bons outils, ne semblait pas vraiment vouloir m'aider. Un moment donné, il est juste allé répondre à un autre client, alors que mon problème n'était toujours pas réglé. J'ai du appeler moi-même le service technique Bell avec mon cellulaire, dans la boutique, et finalement un superviseur m'a dit d'aller à la boutique sur Jean-XXIII, qui eux ont réglé mon problème en 15 minutes.
