- DLD LJun 19, 20251.0Me mentionne que ma carte d’assurance elle peut pas accepté comme pièce d’identité parce que c’est l’ancienne version, mais elle est toujours valide après elle refuse de prendre mon passeport comme 2ème pièce d’identité même si celui est valide en sois disant : c’est notre politique et quand on demande de voir les politiques elle mentionne qu’elle va écrire à son directeur et clairement qu’elle était entrain d’écrire à son chum pour qu’au final elle nous a jamais montré la sois disant politique. Depuis 2019 j’étais cliente avec vidéotron, j’ai été avec votre concurrent et voilà j’ai un nouveau téléphone sans problème avec eux! Vraiment déçu du service et je recommande à personne vidéotron.
