- AMAlly MAug 31, 20251.0Je suis vraiment en colère je commande un cellulaire 10$ par mois et un forfait le gars a qui j'ai parlé va voir mon crédit et il est très bon donc il m'envoie le cellulaire et me donne mon numéro mais il arrive pas j'appelle videotron eg ont me dit sans m'avoir appeler ou autres que la commande est cancellé car j'ai déjà eu un compte avec eux et je leurs doit 1000$ environ ayoye j'étais surprise jai jamais été avec videotron mais ont me traite comme une voleuse et ont voulait rien savoir et pour eux je dois ce montant point final et m'ont en voyer un papier de collection je suis vraiment fâché c'est faux et ils auront rien et merci de me traiter de voleuse pourquoi mon crédit est très bon alors???? Bonne journée la sécurité de videotron et vous devriez apprendre le savoir vivre et écouter vos clients...
