J’ai appelé une première fois et la ligne a coupé. Quand j’ai rappelé une deuxième fois, c’est encore elle qui m’a répondu. Au lieu de m’aider, elle me parlait par-dessus, me coupait la parole et m’a même proposé d’annuler ma ligne en me transférant aux annulations. Pour finir, elle m’a raccroché au nez. C’est un vrai manque de respect et ce n’est pas bon pour l’image de la compagnie……
