  Je conseille fortement aux clients d'éviter ce bureau. Mon expérience récente a mis en évidence de graves lacunes opérationnelles et une conduite extrêmement non professionnelle de la part du personnel. 1. Échec Opérationnel : Bien que le bureau soit visiblement ouvert, le personnel m'a informé qu'aucun service client ne pouvait être rendu car le gérant n'était pas présent. Cela révèle un défaut fondamental dans les opérations, car le service ne devrait pas dépendre entièrement d'une seule personne. 2. Conduite Irrespectueuse de l'Employé : L'employé, identifié comme Ali, a fait preuve d'un manque total de professionnalisme. Lorsque j'ai expliqué que je voyageais d'une autre ville pour me rendre à ce bureau, sa réponse fut un commentaire dédaigneux et grossier : 'C'est la vie et il faut vivre avec.' C'est une attitude extrêmement irrespectueuse envers un client qui cherche de l'aide. 3. Réponse Inacceptable de la Direction : En appelant le gérant, la réponse de la direction a été tout aussi cavalière, affirmant que j'avais 'pas de chance' car ils n'étaient pas au bureau pour fournir le service. Cette réponse confirme une culture où le service client n'est pas une priorité et où les inconvénients sont écartés. La combinaison d'une politique de service inapplicable et du manque de respect du personnel rend ce bureau inapte à gérer les besoins des clients.

  Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had customer service wise. Returned a phone under buyers remorse and the process “never went through”. After a month of being told to just wait for it to process I was then told something went wrong on their end and it will be resolved in a week. To sum it up, that week turned into 4 months of back and forth calls with bell customer service (due to the fact that the manager of this store refused to answer me). Finally things have been dealt with but it wasn’t the help of this store it was the help of a bell customer service rep. Save yourself a headache and don’t come here.

  Moi et mon mari avont passé en boutique pour des nouveaux telephones et des nouveaux services. Nous avons adoré notre service avec la représentante Melyna qui a su bien nous guider.

  They sell Virgin SIM cards and when I asked for one they told me that there was a $45 fee to activate it. I told them that I was already a Virgin client and that I wasn't looking for any plans, I just needed the SIM because I lost mine, and there was no need to activate it with them. They tried to deceive me saying that I wouldn't be able to activate alone or with Virgin and they invented some bullshit about the serial number of the SIM card. I insisted and bought only the SIM for $13 and was able to activate on my own. I spoke with the employees in English so they thought that I didn't understand French, and I do, so I knew that the manager was just telling the employee, who was selling me the SIM, some bullshit so I would spend the $45.
