Très déçue du service FedEx. Mon colis ne nécessitait même pas de signature, pourtant le livreur n’a pas essayé de le livrer et a laissé un avis de passage pour que je le récupère moi-même. J’ai essayé de contacter le service à la clientèle, mais il n’y avait que des réponses automatiques et personne pour aider. Très, très mauvais service.

Driver Will skip your delivery to finish earlier and customer service Will be useless

Was supposed to have my item delivered yesterday so I took the day off of work to be home , still nothing and no update .Did the tracking and it’s still at the St Laurent location .Why give people a day and time frame when they know it’s not going to be delivered.Yet there is no one to speak to, this visual assistance is useless.

Pésimo servicio la chica de lentes tiene una cara de fastidio nos atendió de malas, sino está contenta con su trabajo debería buscar otra cosa que la haga feliz porque su servicio al cliente es pésima horrible simplemente mala actitud hacia los clientes
