- DQDaniel Qualmann5 days ago1.0called today asking why a technician didn't come as it was the store that set it up, the Lady who answered wouldn't let me finish my sentence and was cutting me off, I asked her, can I just finish saying what I want to say, I thought giving her as much information that I could would help her understand my situation, she didn't like that and said, my manager will call you and she hung up. Very poor and immature. As far as a phone experience it was poor, the in store experience on the other hand was good.
