The staff member he dealt with was dismissive and condescending — likely because my dad wasn’t there to make a purchase and the rep seemed more interested in chasing sales than actually helping a customer. A simple request for an account number shouldn’t result in this kind of treatment. My dad is a paying Bell customer and deserved basic courtesy. This kind of attitude drives loyal customers away. Would not recommend this location.
