Finally, one of the employees decided to « help me » while working on something else. And instead they told me I have to call customer service to recycle the modem. Well I did call and the did confirm that the tire should have accepted the old modem for recycling. Thank you for your unpleasant, unhelpful and incompetent service that cost me 1 hour of my time+time to call customer service. And shocker-you can’t reach this store on the phone! And their voicemail inbox is also full. Clearly stellar customer s r ice you are providing.
