Fedex la majorité des livreurs ne se donne pas la peine de sonner. j'ai retrouver mes trois colis à la merci de tous et chacun entre la porte d'entrée et l'extérieur. Des centaine de personnes ont accès soit pour attendre le bus ou autre. j'ai pu intercepter le livreur avec sa van blanche non identifié au moyen de ma camara de surveillance. Tu communiques au service a la clientèle pour lui faire part de mon mécontentement, et ce personnage me mentionne.. je cite, ''remplir le formulaire de plainte ou de réclamation'' et ferme la ligne hahah.. vraiment nul. p.s. je ne sais pas si vraiment ce robot humain comprend le francais.
