Unfortunately, they do not take their service or customers seriously. Yes, their prices may seem low, but remember—there is no low price without a reason. I am genuinely disappointed that a company operating at such a poor standard exists in Montreal, and even in Canada. The level of service feels far below what should be acceptable here. I sincerely hope this company is eventually held accountable and removed from where it does not belong—certainly not in Montreal.
