- VRValentina De Léon Reinoso3 days ago1.0I have paid for a 60$ iphone 16 screen protector i got the 1st of December. not even 2 weeks later the screen is cracked from 4 different places. after looking up the warranty of the product, there is a 5$ fee everytime you change the screen protector the person at the shop won't tell you about. not only that, you have to order it online and wait, you cannot get it in any store. i went to the store and talked with one of the employees, he was laughing in my face the whole time, very unprofessional, he said he couldn't do anything about it and that it is normal for my phone screen to break after 2 weeks since it's a more recent phone, i have had an iphone 12 and an 20$ screen protector for the past 3 years and only had to change it once. service was terrible, couldn't even talk to a manager. my boyfriend and i felt as if we weren't taken seriously.
