  It's been more than 4 years I am Virgin customer for my home internet. it's been 3 months I am very dissatisfied with the internet service I'm receiving. The speed is consistently much slower than what was promised in my plan and its affecting my daily activities. The connection frequently become unstable which is extremely frustrating. I hope the company can address these issues very soon.
