She said ''you can't touch the phones''. Ridiculous statement: these devices are literally set up as interactive demos and are tethered with security cables! This incident is the culmination of a week long of bad interactions I had with Virgin employees across different stores. I'm done with Virgin. I will be terminating my contract with them and will go elsewhere. (Grumpy girl experience occurred on Monday October 27 2025, at around 1 pm)
