They thought I had nothing else better to do but to go back and forth for an iPad situation and every staff member I would talk to on top of that would always give me a different story and once it was just a bunch of of misinformation and lies. I really did feel like I was being scammed. I wasted a lot of time going to this store and just going with Bell was just a mistake to begin with. I transferred back to my previous service provider and I will never return to this store or with Bell ever again.
