Aucun service particulier n’a été rendu pour justifier ce montant. Ces frais n’étaient pas transparents au moment de la souscription et donnent clairement l’impression de frais cachés. Je trouve cela absolument abusif et contraire à une relation client honnête. Bell devrait faire preuve de plus de transparence et cesser d’imposer des frais injustifiés à ses clients. Je ne recommande pas.
