Massimo is the worst manager ever. Follows a manual instead of using documents to apply management skills. Customer service? 0/5. I have had several packages delivered by UPS and DHL recently. Impeccable service, efficient management who use their IQ and EQ and on time delivery. When l asked Massimo to escalate to his superiors, he outright rejected saying he IS THE HIGHEST RANKING OFFICER. No respect for customer, forget their problems ans denied my right to escalate.
