- MEMaddison EisnorNov 19, 20251.0Avoid this place at all costs. I have to ship a chemical and the girl working was saying it was a dangerous good but it isn’t. It’s says on the safety data sheet. Proceeded to yell at me in front of a customer. Really rude I don’t know her name but I went there on Tuesday Nov 18th around 4 pm and Wednesday Nov 19th at 12:30 pm. She told me on Tuesday to come back Wednesday because she said she would have a colleuge that would be more helpful. The co worker was not there to help. And she just proceeded to tell me she can’t help me but she wasn’t doing anything. Also I had my chemical shipped later on Wednesday at UPS near Lucien l’Allier with no issue at all and it was so easy. They understood that my chemical was not a dangerous good by a quick research online it’s not a dangerous good and reading my safety data sheet. So I don’t know where she and her supervisor (who she called on the phone on Tuesday) were reading when she said it was a dangerous good. For your records I was shipping titanium niobium oxide to the US.

I’ve had much better experiences with DHL than fedex or ups recently and this office is great. Convenient location just behind the Eaton center. Also foosball to play if there’s a line :)
