For four months, I was dealing with an extremely complex issue that no one else was able to resolve. I had almost lost hope. He not only took the time to truly listen, but also deeply understood every detail of the situation, took full ownership, and followed it through until the problem was completely resolved. His patience, persistence, and professionalism were truly outstanding. He never gave up where others had already stopped trying. What impressed me the most was his humanity, genuine desire to help, and respectful attitude toward the customer. This is someone who does not just follow procedures, but works with integrity and heart. Thanks to him, an issue that seemed absolutely impossible to solve was finally resolved. I am incredibly grateful and have the deepest respect for his work. If every store had employees like him, the world would honestly be a much better place. I recommend him without any hesitation. A true asset to the company

- RRRidgyedDec 3, 20255.0Amazing how bell call center gets your deals done erroneously and the ones to fix the problems are the bell shops. Moved from a competitor to Bell and my phone got blocked. Needed a fast solution for work. Went to rockland center just before closing time and the manager, I think his name is Jeffrey, went out of his way to help me, even though he won't be making a buck out of helping me. Like this shop, but sadly for them, when i have troubles with bell, I am going to bell rockland center.
