  How disappointing! I had been with Videotron for many years and decided to make a change for what I thought was going to be a change for the better! I WAS WRONG!! After adhering to Bell services, I received through mail a defective phone ( it happens) and after returning it, I was told to go to a store in order to obtain a new one under obviously what I thought would be the terms of my agreement with Bell. The store would not respect the price point originally agreed to, they wanted to charge me $44 more per month, because that promotion did not exist anymore. I had a contract stating an $8 per month phone. I tried talking to customer loyalty twice and their only solution was to re-emit contract at higher fee per month. Store manager and employees were of no service they were in back store watching a soccer game, I think, while I spent close to two hours trying to obtain original agreement pricing! I tried once again when I got home later that day. The only solution they had again was to have me pay more! This morning I cancelled all 4 cell lines, tv, internet and home phone. I’m going back to Videotron, and believe it or not, I am actually paying less than what I had originally agreed to pay with Bell! This store is in dire need of proper customer relations, solution oriented empathy and most of all a professional and mature approach to client experience. One employee even told me after I expressed my unhappiness, that going back to Videotron would be the better thing to do! Talk about believing in your company’s values and mission expectations! The other obvious issue is corporate saying one thing and store acting under different rules, not good for the brand when policies are unaligned! Good luck!

  MEHDI is The Best Employee I Have Ever Encountered I genuinely believe this employee is one of the best in the world at what he does. For four months, I was dealing with an extremely complex issue that no one else was able to resolve. I had almost lost hope. He not only took the time to truly listen, but also deeply understood every detail of the situation, took full ownership, and followed it through until the problem was completely resolved. His patience, persistence, and professionalism were truly outstanding. He never gave up where others had already stopped trying. What impressed me the most was his humanity, genuine desire to help, and respectful attitude toward the customer. This is someone who does not just follow procedures, but works with integrity and heart. Thanks to him, an issue that seemed absolutely impossible to solve was finally resolved. I am incredibly grateful and have the deepest respect for his work. If every store had employees like him, the world would honestly be a much better place. I recommend him without any hesitation. A true asset to the company

  Finally, Mehdi helped me solve my problem. I had been trying to fix it for several months without success, but he was able to handle it quickly and professionally. I’m very happy with the result and really appreciate his help. Highly recommended!

  I was going to this store for more than 1 year apparently they changed the staff and The service is not as good as it was - Just cancelled my service today after going there 0/10 never coming back
