  Been with link now media for several years these people in this company will do anything but what u ask of them, continually ignore your requests to make changes that were verbally accepted by account manager JASON STEVENS, they created a second website in Florida which has been incomplete since initiated, all they did was transpose my current website from North Carolina if u look at my Florida website it has all the same info as my north Carolina after repeated telling them to change service areas, and pages on specific cleaning services, for example explain pure water services so my customers can understand the technique and process, they just refuse and ignore u, but yet they have charged me for 5 months of service and it has never been correct since day one, even my current website in NC that I have gone round and round and just point blank won't do what u ask, a horrible representation of there so called good track record, I'm disputing charges for services that they charged me and a stop payment, you people are the most unsatisfying experience that I have had since owning my business!! Per JASON STEVENS own words u should not have to pay for if u are not happy with the results they have put forth, refund my 5 months of service for my Florida website at once, I have documented since day one of what I did not receive, simple things that they could have remedied in about 5 minutes flat but they refuse to do anything but charge u for services that are incomplete, hey sorry to say it but LINKNOWMEDIA should of done their job but once again refuse, anyone thi king about using this company u have been forewarned!! Refund my 5 month of service now JOHN BORSEY and JASON STEVENS and stop playing games with your customers, have a great day.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I do NOT recommend LinkNow. They continuously called me trying to get me to use their services. Eventually, they convinced me by offering $50 off a $400 SEO + website package and clearly stated that I could cancel at any time within 7 days for a 100% money-back guarantee. After thinking it over, I realized this was not what I wanted. I called on the 7th day to cancel within the guarantee period. I was then told that the cancellation department couldn’t be reached and that I had to schedule an appointment — which they set for two days later. During that appointment, instead of processing my cancellation, they tried to upsell and “re-discount” the service. First they offered the same service for $200. I refused. Then they offered just the website for $99. At that point, it felt like I was being pressured and manipulated. When I again requested my refund, they told me the 7-day money-back guarantee had expired because it was now day 9 — even though I originally called to cancel on day 7 and they delayed the process. That feels extremely misleading and dishonest. I am not satisfied with how this was handled and would caution others before doing business here.

  I have been with Link Now Media for well over ten years. Having used at least five other SEO companies prior to them I can say that they do a good job. They are responsive, easy to communicate with, easy to change program levels up and down and offer great suggestions. I have gone through several reps over the years and have seen them departmentalize their business for quicker service. Whenever I have had any type of issue, and they vary, I am routed to the correct area to resolve it and any problems that have cropped up over the years have been addressed quickly and efficiently. Examples such as out of area, out of expertise parameters, weird issues like getting calls from out of state and out of country, companies with similar names, etc. I am not sure how search engines get polluted but LinkNow engineers seem to be able to quickly resolve these issues whenever they have popped up (which is rare, but they happen). Overall, I'd say they do a fine job and I have no plans to work with anybody else.
