It was obviously an issue on their end and I even said that I had bought a phone 2 months earlier and had used that same ID. The lady told me there’s nothing I could do. I left, went to another Bell and got the phone. In the evening, I got a call from Bell Fraud Prevention saying that the lady from the Royalmount store sent an email saying to do an investigation on me because I have fake documents. I have 5 lines with Bell. I’m never late, I pay on time and been a customer for years but she says I have fake documents. That’s the kind of service you get from that store.
