First they said my package will be delivred between 11 am and 15 pm an than they update the status for " by the end of the day " it's now 19hrs and didn't receive anything yet, just call them they said the package will be delivered monday ! Need to stay at home they were asking for a signature, lost my entire Saturday waiting for that crap delivery compagny ..... Next time you can be sure i'll not use fedex as shipping compagny, and i'll not recommand them !

Pourtant, c'est bien indiqué que c'est une poudre pour analyse, avec clairement l'adresse du laboratoire d'analyse sur le colis. Ils nous appellent pour avoir une description plus détaillé du colis, et on leur dit que c'est de la bromélaïne, une enzyme alimentaire. Ils retournent ensuite notre colis chez nous parce qu'ils n'ont pas réussi à parler à notre courtier. Aucun rapport d'impliquer un courtier dans ce colis, ce n'est pas un colis commercial ! Nous les appelons pour demander c'est quoi le problème, ils disent que la description du colis n'est pas assez détaillée. Nous leur avons dit !! Bref, un paquet de gens incompétents, qui ne communiquent pas, qui fournissent un service de mar... parce qu'ils s'en foutent. Fini FEDEX. Ce sera UPS et DHL.
