She was so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I had been trying to resolve a problem for months via telephone calls and emails and she fixed it for me so quickly (especially as I am overseas). When I came back a month later for another issue, I was so pleased to have her again because she again fixed my issue. It really made my day. She is a gem and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, especially during the hectic holiday season. I truly cannot commend her enough. Thank you again Jessica for all the help!
