  I want to thank Marwa for her exceptional help. I had an extremely complicated issue with my eSIM that refused to activate.Throughout this entire experience, Marwa was absolutely exceptional. She was patient, professional, and genuinely committed to finding a solution, even as the issue became more complex and time consuming. Marwa took the time to explain each step, followed up consistently, and never made me feel as though my problem wasn't important. It was very clear she was doing everything she could to resolve the problem. Several team members also pointed out the complexity of the situation, mentioning that this was an issue that they had rarely, if ever, encountered before, making Marwa's persistance and problem solving even more impressive. I have never seen customer service that went above and beyond and she deserves recognition for her outstanding work. Thank you again Marwa for all the help!

  I just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service by Jessica Kouhestani that I received at Carrefour Laval on Dec 22. She was so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I had been trying to resolve a problem for months via telephone calls and emails and she fixed it for me so quickly (especially as I am overseas). When I came back a month later for another issue, I was so pleased to have her again because she again fixed my issue. It really made my day. She is a gem and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, especially during the hectic holiday season. I truly cannot commend her enough. Thank you again Jessica for all the help!
