  We spoke with Gabriel and Sammy (mostly Gabriel though), and honestly couldn't have been more impressed with both of them. Their professionalism, knowledge base, friendliness, and politeness were second-to-none. Gabriel even took a moment when we first walked in, and he was busy with another client, to acknowledge us and say he'd be with us in a moment. How RARE is that these days?!? I hope they appreciate him at Bell because they're super lucky he's with them. We are disappointed though with Bell, that their store policy is to only sell phones with a plan. We are happy with our plan and only see to purchase a phone outright. It would be best, we feel, if they allowed us to buy a phone without a plan. But for the customer service we received, second to none! Go to this location if you truly care about getting the correct information, presented professionally and warmly.

  I dont usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. Gabriel was very professional, patient nd attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped my mother nd I choose the phone and plans that best fit our needs. Really appreciated his help! Great experience overall, thank you Gabriel!
