J'ai insisté: ''Je n'ai pas de bouton pour effectuer un remplacement gratuit''. Parlé au département de loyauté (25 ans chez Bell, tous mes services, 230$ + par mois !!! Ils ont dit ''il faut payer pour le remplacement'' !!! SAUVEZ-VOUS!!! January 2026 /Bell NEVER AGAIN. They replaced my old TV boxes in the Fall of 2025. the remote control stopped working. I spoke to client services, was transferred to technical services and asked for a replacement and the answer was: ''no, you have to pay 30#x27;'. I insisted: ''I do not have a button to authorize a free replacement''. Spoke to the loyalty department (25 years with Bell, all my services, 230$ + par month!!! They told me ''you have to pay for the replacement'' !!! RUN AWAY!!!
