ZERO STARS – EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF
I’m writing to report a highly unacceptable experience I had today involving two of your employees. One of them, named Dereek, acted in a shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. While I was in the store, I called your customer service line from my personal phone — and without any permission, Dereek physically touched my phone and abruptly ended the call.
The second employee was equally unprofessional — rude, arrogant, and clearly aware of his inappropriate behavior, as he refused to provide his name when I asked. When I sought assistance, he responded with shocking arrogance, even saying: “It’s my choice to help you or ask you to leave.”
I was appalled by the lack of respect and courtesy. This kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your business. I urge the store manager to take this matter seriously. I will be filing a formal complaint, as no customer should ever be treated this way.

Je souhaite signaler une expérience totalement inacceptable que j’ai vécue aujourd’hui avec deux de vos employés. L’un d’eux, nommé Dereek, a fait preuve d’un comportement choquant, à la fois non professionnel et irrespectueux. Alors que j’étais dans le magasin, j’ai appelé votre service client depuis mon téléphone personnel — et, sans ma permission, Dereek a touché mon téléphone et a mis fin à l’appel de manière brusque.
Le deuxième employé s’est montré tout aussi inacceptable — impoli, arrogant, et manifestement conscient de son comportement déplacé, puisqu’il a refusé de me donner son nom lorsque je le lui ai demandé. Quand j’ai sollicité de l’aide, il m’a répondu avec une arrogance choquante, allant jusqu’à dire : « C’est mon choix de vous aider ou de vous demander de partir. »
J’ai été profondément choquée par ce manque total de respect et de courtoisie. Un tel comportement est inadmissible et donne une image très négative de votre établissement. J’exhorte le responsable du magasin à prendre cette situation très au sérieux. Je vais déposer une plainte officielle, car aucun client ne devrait jamais être traité de cette manière.
