Résultat : je perds facilement 1 à 2 heures de travail pour régler un problème qui ne devrait même pas exister. Le plus grave, c’est que je travaille à distance en tant qu’informaticien, donc une connexion stable est essentielle pour moi. En plus de ça, le service à la clientèle est très froid, peu empathique, et parfois même humiliant dans leur façon de parler aux clients. On a l’impression de déranger au lieu d’être aidé. Expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
