After a four-hour process and a charge of nearly $100, the representative successfully reinstated my service with Virgin. However, I subsequently received a bill from Bell for over $200. Upon contacting their customer service, I was informed that the bill would be waived and I would only need to wait for the next billing cycle. It appears that the next cycle commenced today, prior to the expected date, resulting in a deduction of over $200 from my account. Despite being on the phone with Bell's customer service for an hour, the issue remains unresolved, and they are now attempting to charge me for services I do not utilize. As I did not purchase my phone through Bell and have no other services with them, I am extremely dissatisfied with the compounding issues that have arisen.
