I came in to transfer my eSIM to my new phone — a simple process that requires the store to call Bell support. The first employee refused to help and told me to go all the way to Ottawa instead. When I called Bell myself, they confirmed it must be done in-store, so I went back. Another employee started helping me, and we were already on the phone with Bell support when a staff member named Berhim came over, disconnected the call without asking, and told me they wouldn’t do it. It felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I honestly felt like they didn’t want to help me because I speak English. I rarely complain, but this was the worst service I’ve ever received. I ended up going to the Bell store at Galeries de Hull, and they completed everything in five minutes with no issues. I definitely do not recommend this location.

J'ai eu une entente pour un forfait téléphonique à 45$ par mois.et la première facture est arrivé à 75$ . Bell ne veux rien faire et me.demande de retourner en magasin. Le.magasin admet son erreur et demande les.changements à Bell mais rien ne change. J'en suis à trois visites en magasin et plusieurs appels. C'est comme la maison de fous des 12 travaux D'Astérix Entreprise à éviter.
