The whole process was very quick and efficient. Karel was absolutely phenomenal! He was friendly, patient, answered all my questions, explained everything every step of the way, and was able to get me the best price. I've rarely encountered someone who can balance knowledge/expertise and people skills so well. Truly the best customer service I've had with bell so far, I wish more stores had managers like him. Karel is very professional and will go above and beyond for you, highly recommend!
