Honestly, at this point it’s almost funny. We walked in, and two staff members were there. One turned around and gave us an annoyed look, like we were disturbing them — the “what the hell do you want?” kind of energy. The manager was sitting like king of the castle, which honestly almost made me laugh out loud. Within 30 seconds, I was ready to walk out. The tone of the man who spoke to me and my sister was belittling, unprofessional, and completely unpleasant — definitely not the kind of value we strive for in Canada. My suggestion? Close the store. 😂
