Their screen protector is just plastic from a heat printer and not gorilla Glass, abit exaggerated for 40$ but it is covered under the 2 year term if you don't loose the receipt so take a picture right away. I have it 4 stars because I didn't want to pay 40$ for a case since we all know where we can buy one online for half price for the same thing. So when I refused to buy a case and said it was too much the mademoiselle scoffed at me in a snobby manner. Its a convenient location but there is always an issue with something or worst case you will have to thereafter drive to Les promenades when they run out of esim or sim cards. But this time my experience was ok but a little uncomfortable after the scoff part.Update: The store and the phone support customer retention refused to reimburse the cheap screen protector that I had left on my phone with receipt as it was poor quality and refused to provide a refund, I wish there would be less rip off artists and thieves in this world. Oh and get this they actually want you to flash your id at the door now, truly a horrible business. They get one star now since I can't bring it down to zero.
