She kindly apologized for the trouble and offered me a nice deal for two new phones that I was able to go pick up the same day. A rocky start but in the end they went above and beyond for customer satisfaction which I can really appreciate. Old: They sold me a new contract without informing me they would change my mobile plan, and then refused to acknowledge their actions and didn't offer any acceptable solutions. Terrible service.
