  Being a Customer for over 10 years.. I've seen the changes at Fairview Videotron not at it's Best...Especially when they told me to turn in my Samsung phone S23 back..Because the contract was canceled or done with...Which I thought was Usual..The phone was working Well and no issues..But if I wanted to keep it in had to pay the Balance for the phone 420 dollars! I was caught in a corner ..And I didn't have the funds to pay for it...So I sacrificed the phone and got a Newer phone S24FE..Nice..But I wasn't able to get into my Facebook account on the S23 and Workday account was frozen because of this buy back option..I was really Upset! ..The people who work at VIDEOTRON Fairview Mall are incompetent and just want the Commission for services..Instead of giving me the option to Extend my contract with the Phone ..And giving it back with Information and old #phone number...It is now difficult for anyone to recognize me on Facebook or Workday..Thanks for NOTHING VIDEOTRON!!😡👎🏼👎🏼
