Il m’a ensuite proposé une nouvelle offre Internet avec Virgin Plus, en me disant que la vitesse serait de 150 Mbps. Quand j’ai demandé une preuve écrite avant de partir, il ne m’a pas montré où c’était indiqué dans le contrat. Il m’a simplement dit que je recevrais un courriel de confirmation. Une fois rentré chez moi, j’ai vérifié l’email et j’ai découvert que l’offre était en réalité de 60 Mbps, alors que mon contrat actuel avec Bell est déjà de 100 Mbps. Ce matin, je suis retourné au magasin pour lui expliquer l’erreur. Malheureusement, l’employé s’est montré très impoli, manquant de respect, et m’a fait perdre beaucoup de temps pour annuler l’offre et la commande faites la veille avec Virgin Plus. Je suis un client Bell, et j’ai déjà une offre bien meilleure que celle qu’il m’a donnée. Je trouve vraiment regrettable qu’un employé se comporte ainsi, sans professionnalisme ni honnêteté, et que le service à la clientèle dans ce magasin soit aussi médiocre. Je voulais partager mon expérience afin d’avertir les autres clients : faites très attention, car ce magasin n’est pas fiable et certains employés peuvent donner de fausses informations.
